As Pennsylvania Is Now the Only State Without a Budget

Here's an interesting article from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette - as arts groups in the Pittsburgh Area look for additional funding.

Could we just get the people in Harrisburg to start talking about what they're doing to pass the budget rather than bicker about what the other side is not doing?

I mean, sheesh, already...
